I understand the wait time since my food was fresh but come on. Girl had me pull up to the window to order. She read my order... back perfectly. 15 min later, I get all but one of the sides I ordered. I was the only one in the drive thru for the first 7 minwhen this happened. Wack. I've written a review and regards to this same location before and it was the first time I went on a Thursday last week. It was... pretty good and I had a great experience, but then there was a miscommunication about the fried pickles ended up being chipsinstead of spears and every time I go now it's at least 20 minutes of a wait and the food I have gotten was not fresh. The gumbois lukewarm (considered cold?) And the breadsticks were never as soft and fresh like the first time I had it. It's unfortunate.So I will probably go elsewhere Read more
Staff was very courteous and polite. Establishment was very clean. I tried the spicy fish but it actually wasn't spicy, the... seasoning was just red. The baked potato could have been cooked a little longer due to the size but the green beans were good. Read more
Service was terrible. Drove up to order. Waited awhile then heard go ahead. I tried to order several times due to the girl not... hearing me. Finally someone else took the last part of my order. Sitting in drive-thru and heard another customer asking whatshe did wrong to get argued with. Got to the window and both employees seem to hate it there and were not friendly. We love Captain Ds, and we're thrilled to see a location so close to the hwy. Prices are great, considering what you pay for... burgers that youre so sick of in the first place. Service was great and the food hot and delicious! Very clean restroom. Read more
I had an incident that I cannot move past. Floored that in 2022 this could happen: I went to Captain Ds 1878 Almaville Rd,... Smyrna, Tn Feb 15th, 2022 around 2:35 pm to buy Catfish feast. Went to bathroom a kitchen staff member with black hair came outof the bathroom, I noticed sink dry. I decided not to eat there as staff went into kitchen. (If her hands not clean..no wayeating there) I ordered medium sprite and told cashier I would have ordered food but kitchen staff didn't wash her hands.Cashier states we have sink in the Kitchen. She took my card gave me a receipt..walked away without giving me a cup. Sheperformed other chores..I leaned forward trying to understand why she never gave me a cup. After awhile, she looks up.. finallyshe comes back over. I ask where is my drink..she stated people generally order food. I asked to speak to Mgr. She said she wasmanager. I took her pic. I was floored and it brought back memories of my not being served in the 60's at Burger King and Krispycreme donuts. Later..cause it kept replaying in my head. I called Corporate and branch owner called me. He was argumentativeasking how do you know she didn't wash hands, bragging on how many branches he owns and how good employee his 17/18 yr oldCashier/Mgr Terry was. It was unreal. He cut me off a couple times while I was talking. I woke up the next day in tears..Ididn't realize..it had brought back bad memories. Branch mgr never apologized, I paid for a drink that I never received. Thereceipt I received not legible..reason called Corp. I requested Corp. And Branch mgr listen to and watch video..my elder Sisterheard branch mgr being argumentative on speaker, I asked him to tell me why she refused to serve me. I never once disrespectedher. Got my order wrong at a slow time with about 5 people working there. So no labor issues to blame and no good reason to give me... the wrong order. I ordered the fish and shrimp combo with coleslaw and fries this is what I got. Read more
