This is my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE Ever since they opened I?ve received the worst customer service I could imagine , I haven?t even... said hello and I can visibly see their smile drop and attitude completely changed. I haven?t been to a BK in a long time probably because they got rid of my favorite, the BK stacker. But after a long day of... shopping I decided to give this location a try. I dined inside, which is rare for me, but why not, you know. I also had somequestions that I didn?t want to yell over the drive thru speaker. So I entered and was happy to find the store clean andwelcoming. I was greeted by a young lady at the front before I even got to the counter. I told her my dilemma with the BKstacker and she apologized and gave me suggestions for alternatives. I ultimately ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwichmeal because I wanted to try something new. As I was waiting for my meal, i saw the manager come out and check in with her team.She even greeted me and asked if I had been helped as the young lady briefly turned away from the counter to bag up anothermeal. I distinctly remember this because during the heart of the pandemic customer service was completely dismantled. Everyonewas simply trying to survive and the pleasantries went out of the window. But here, my first time in a fast food restaurant inabout a year, I felt welcomed and appreciated. It felt nice. I received my meal and sat down to eat. Please know that thatchicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I had ever had. Hands down, Burger King won the chicken sandwich wars for me.Honestly. I want another one right now and it?s 9 am lol. But seriously, it was hot, fresh, and delicious. My entire experiencewas like that of a sit down restaurant. The food was excellent, the customer service was great, and the inside was clean! Thatsmall 30 minute lunch gave me hope for other restaurants. Let me start by saying that I avoid all BK restaurants due to the lack of customer service, BUT this location changed my mind. ... The night shift assistant manager is working along his team, making sure the customers are taking care of and the restaurant isclean. I will drive the extra 5 miles to this location just for the good service. Read more
Went there last night after work and ordered a number one I believe. I asked for light Mayo, onions, pickles and lettuce only.... What they gave me was ridiculous and haphazardly thrown together as if they couldn't be bothered with making a sandwich. Irarely eat at burger king because I had a bad experience a few years ago and this is what I got when I decided to try it outagain. Guys.... Please do better and put more than one little piece of onion and a handful of rabbit scraps next time. Also be alittle more courteous instead of dismissive because it gives younger workers a bad image. Read more
Went thru the drive thru. Service was excellent and she was very nice. I ordered the Breakfast Bacon King. It very good but the... egg tasted bland. The hash brown or tots were nice and crisp. This was a good trip to the king. Read more
Drive-through is closed due to short staffing. They require you to go inside to order whether you?re able to go inside to order... or not. So anyone that is in need of handicap Assistance cannot order at this restaurant because they will not take your orderin the drive-through Read more
