This is my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE Ever since they opened I?ve received the worst customer service I could imagine , I haven?t even... said hello and I can visibly see their smile drop and attitude completely changed. I haven?t been to a BK in a long time probably because they got rid of my favorite, the BK stacker. But after a long day of... shopping I decided to give this location a try. I dined inside, which is rare for me, but why not, you know. I also had somequestions that I didn?t want to yell over the drive thru speaker. So I entered and was happy to find the store clean andwelcoming. I was greeted by a young lady at the front before I even got to the counter. I told her my dilemma with the BKstacker and she apologized and gave me suggestions for alternatives. I ultimately ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwichmeal because I wanted to try something new. As I was waiting for my meal, i saw the manager come out and check in with her team.She even greeted me and asked if I had been helped as the young lady briefly turned away from the counter to bag up anothermeal. I distinctly remember this because during the heart of the pandemic customer service was completely dismantled. Everyonewas simply trying to survive and the pleasantries went out of the window. But here, my first time in a fast food restaurant inabout a year, I felt welcomed and appreciated. It felt nice. I received my meal and sat down to eat. Please know that thatchicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I had ever had. Hands down, Burger King won the chicken sandwich wars for me.Honestly. I want another one right now and it?s 9 am lol. But seriously, it was hot, fresh, and delicious. My entire experiencewas like that of a sit down restaurant. The food was excellent, the customer service was great, and the inside was clean! Thatsmall 30 minute lunch gave me hope for other restaurants.
