Location is hit or miss on the service levels. On my last trip, I waited over 15 minutes for someone to take my order in the... drive thru, but they never came back to the speaker. Worst service ever. I came into the drive thru line. There were 4 cars that had there orders taken. And 5 of us if not more that... left. Because they wouldn't take any order but a couple at a time. The people are horrible. The lobby is supposed to be open butit isn't. I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. The cars behind me probably ain't gonna have there order taken til Ileave like everyone else. Do not go here this place should be shut down. Read more

We stopped here on our way home from Nashville. Josh is definitely an asset they acquired from the Murfreesboro location. He... gave us exceptional customer service that you don?t see much any more. Nope, never again. Went here an ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich.. bout half way threw I tasted undercooked chicken. ... ????????. On top of that I also waited about 20 minutes in a drive thru with no other cars in it ??????? Read more

Not a great place. The kids working there don't want to be there. No one really cares about anything. Not a single clean table.... Got a kids meal (because my child really wanted to eat there). It is what it is. Not likely to return. Read more

Just like most of the reviews that you see here, this Burger King is definitely a restaurant that you should avoid. The... drive-through took over 30 minutes to get my order, and the Lady working the speaker is rude and unaccommodating. I said thankyou at least five times, and I asked her how her day was going, she literally ignored everything I said. Avoid this restaurantat all costs. Read more

Slow, dirty, improperly trained employees. the store needs to be shut down and cleaned. Then take the employees who want to work... and just run the drive thru. 3 people during lunch rush isn't going to cut it. Kudos to the ones working for not losing it onimpatient rude customers ???? Read more
