Giving Freebird's a run for their money. The hot salsa could actually be hot instead of just a step up from the mild, but the... rest was terrific. Their chips are light, crispy, and relatively grease free, nice to get chips that aren't soaked in fryer oil.The spicy chicken filling goes well with the salsa verde. Read more
Customer service is very lacking at this location. The people who work there look miserable. There was a puddle about the size... of a door mat in the womens room. No biggy things happen. But when I told the staff, she said ?well we keep mopping it up but itjust comes right back? ???. My 2 year old was soaked at this point from slipping in said puddle. Came here after church with some friends. Dining area was pretty full, more so than usual. Orders were placed and prepared as we... went through line applying requested items. This is our 1st visit and my husband and I are extremely disappointed! Asked for curbside when ordering online and no one came... out so I had to go in. Our food clearly had been sitting there a while and was cold. We ordered a bowl, 3 chicken tacos, and achicken quesadilla. His tacos and quesadilla had not one piece of chicken in it! I usually love this place when I?ve visited. I recently placed an Uber eats order for a steak quesadilla with the works and to... my surprise I revived a burned quesadilla! Talk about TRASH. I?m beyond upset with this place for even allowing themselves tosend this to someone. I attempted to call and got no answer. To start this off, My family and I love blue coast. We order it on doordash at-least 1-2 times a week. I would say we spend... about 50-75$ a week at blue coast. They have always had the freshest ingredients and the best prices. Today we ordered ourregular order. I took one bite of my burrito and the lettuce was Black and had a thick slimey coating on it, and my fiancé tooka bite of his and the onions looked like they have been sitting for days. I have worked in the food industry before and I wouldnever have served lettuce or onions that smelled or looked the way they did. (You have to leave them sitting for days to smelland have the consistency they did) The food could have easily gotten us sick.I don?t know how this happened but I will not bespending any more money at blue coast counting the employees could have gotten my family sick.
