Got a two scoop cup of ice cream. The chocolate peanut butter had little flavor. Especially the peanut butter. The other scoop... was mint chocolate chip. Probably the worst version of that flavor. Very low quality. Won?t go back! Read more

i went to this location and got a two milkshake that was so runny it looked like a cup a milk, had zero flavor tasted straight... up like nothing. second i ordered 3 Reese?s cup sundaes that are supposed to be layered with peanut butter, icecream, hot fudge.I get a cup of nothing but Reese?s flavor ice cream and my total was 37$. Orders wrong almost always which is terrible because it is just a iced Carmel latte no fancy instructions just Carmel... latte......but we always figure it is an adventure in every cup. We even found we liked most of the different orders we weregetting.. Also a donut place that never has donuts really? All the seasonal ones and filled one are never there. You are luckyif they have glazed. This went on for a year but now this whole last year it has been abysmal service and horribly undrinkableconcoctions being served. I never send anything back i am like the majority of customers that just stop going. However Iwatched them poor milk from the jug over the ice and then hand it to me. I asked him about the espresso and flavor and he justsnatched it back dumped it and started again. Being worried he would do something to it I watched him carefully. He pumped 4different things into it and poured what looked like curdled milk into my cup. It was undrinkable I took it threw it away andleft. I went to this place on a Friday around 3 I was the second person waiting in line to order behind a woman and her two kids she... got a big order I didn't mind the wait. The problem is three more customers come in after I been waiting at least 15 minutes.The employee took the other customers orders before me didn't even knowledge me or said anything to me like I be with you in theminute. The employees don't have any respect for the customers. This place needs to be closed I will never ever ever go back toit. If I give it zero star I would. Read more
