We've been going here since they opened. I've had one bad experience where a server wanted me to increase tip. As a previous... server, this was not ok by me. This was in the first year of them opening. In all the times I've been since, food is fresh,servers are on point and hibachi is great. Would recommend at least a try, I enjoy them very much. **Update** went back early11/22 and was so disappointed. Had a gentleman server who cleared my plate ONCE and refilled my drink ONCE. I'm generally a goodtipper having been a server myself. I left $3 due to the service and while I was distracted, he said "wow, $3"!!! Are youserious? Good foos good flavor not overcrowded, I will do perfrc score but the server never come other then the first doing after that... other we have to ask other server for our drink and the same.server offer to bring us out ticket after she saw us waiting forlong time Other then that was ok to be there Read more
Food was great! Everything tasted amazing, and really well priced for the buffet. However, when its time to check out, expect... dirty looks and head nods when you don't tip above $10 for someone who literally only gave me a glass of water. Ive been heretwice, and each time my server made it abundantly clear that i was not tipping enough. All the servers do is refill your water.You?re lucky you get a tip at all. Be grateful. Read more
probably the best Pan-Asian buffet in the Nashville metropolitan area. I've been around for a while and have seen them go... through a few changes but their cooks are incredible now and the food quality is great. I always have fun with the family hereand have never had a bad experience in all my years which is hard considering they serve so many dishes. I usually start at thebuffet and then have a specialty Mongolian stir fry made just for me. and the complimentary Mayfield ice cream always hits thespot since I'm not into the fantastic selection of sweets they also have. if you're coming out the interstate and have a bunchof picky people and need to eat quick and don't have time to custom order everything this place is perfect. The food was cold and tasteless. Plus for no veriety of food the tax was 6 dollars for me and my kids in addition to that one of... the waitress brought my check in the middle of dining and as i payed she is telling me no extra for phillipino friend i told herwhat she stated she wants tip since we are a lot and it was all my children with me and my spouse my children dont have incomefor them to be considered seperate individuals that should be paying extra tip. This was bizzare and ridicoulous to me. I havenever in my life had a witress asking for the tip and for the food that i didnt have available since they stated they would haveit at dinner time and not lunch. Quality of food is probably 3 to 5 star depending on what you eat however they get a solid 5 star due to the friendly and kind... waitress as well as the price! One of the best places by far to spend less than a $20 on food! Read more
We?ve been going here for years. Good food for decent prices. Recently, we have had a problem with every waiter/waitress... standing right at the table when it?s time to sign the check and add the tip, which is very frustrating. Even when asked to giveus a minute, one waiter did not leave and continued to stand there. It feels like they were instructed to do this, as this wasnever an issue before, and now every waiter does it. Please don?t do this, it just makes us feel pressured and uncomfortable. Read more
The tables and seating were not clean. Crumbs and pieces of food were on the seats. Regarding the food, the favorites items in... the buffet were fresh and good. However I noticed the crab rangoons were not fresh and had an off taste. I was going back andforth to the bathroom all night ill. Read more
