Such a sweet lady! I think it was the manager or the lady that took my order. They had taken my order and when I went to pull up... Fries were not hot. Asked for Arby's sauce and horsey sauce, did not receive, this happens every time I stop at this Arby's but... they were extremely nice and I guess I just should double check everything instead of thinking they would give what was ordered. Read more
The food was good. We requested medium but we received large. I requested extra sauce on gyro. We asked before driving away and... the guy said it should be on there.... there was hardly any sauce on the gyro and none on the side. Read more

I like Arby's roast beef with a side of free aujus. Yes ask for adjustments on the side and they give it to you. The item that I... really really like was the smoke house brisket with cheddar cheese and bacon! It was a limited time item???? but I think itrivaled Fire House smoked beef brisket and st a much better price. Read more
we've used this Arby's many times, and were fine; however, tonight I found out how they are keeping their profits up during our... current tough times. I got a 'market fresh' turkey sandwich; took it home, l looked inside the bread and found a ridiculouslySMALL amount of turkey; it literally was 1 slice of turkey crumbled in the middle. I actually added some deli meat I had at hometo the sandwich; I've never had to do that before. This on top of the fact they raise their prices is just crazy; I won't beback. They need to change their commercial; they may have the meats, but you won't get much of it. Read more
