Stopped here for a quick lunch. Greeted at the door. Order was taken promptly. Filled drink cup and chose a seat in dining area.... Very clean, spacious and well lite. Order was brought to serving counter Hot and fresh. Gyro and fries were excellent. Sweet teawas great, not to sweet. Read more
They got our order wrong. I cannot eat seeds at all and asked for a crosscut bun with no seeds....they gave me a sesame seed... bun and instead cut the sandwich in half. You cannot count on this location to get your order right. Read more
First off I have to give a big shout out to the wonderful staff at the Smyrna location on Sam Ridley Blvd for helping me. As a... cancer patient who has been on chemo for 31 months my eyesight and memory occasionally gets real bad. During my visit at thislocation i had a short attack which I was helped by two associates. Thank you both!!! The Beef n Cheddar combo was hot anddelicious as well was my curly fries. Clean restaurant and friendly, helpful and respectful employees. Arby's will start seeingmy business on a regular basis. Read more
Great experience, we had just arrived in the area with our truck and 5th wheel camper, and the Arby's parking lot was really... big. We had no problem parking. We got inside and a girl behind the counter greeted us as we ducked into the bathroom to washour hands. It was nice to be in an Arby's that didn't have locks on the bathrrom doors. When it was our turn to order, thisbeautiful woman named Patrice got us taken care of, and the food was excellent. Everything looked like it does in the display.The food was hot and the fries were fresh. I was so happy. The girl took her time too. I asked for two horsey sauce and fourArby's sause and that's what she did. Most times in other locations they just drop a bunch of both in the bag, and we're like,"Well, all this is going to waste." Had several orders. One of the orders was a beef-n-cheddar, half pound sandwich with lettuce, tomato and onion with cheese sauce... on the side. Order of five, cream cheese jalapenos. The sandwich had a lather of cheese sauce on it. Instead of the jalapenos,there were cheese sticks on the tray. Took them back out of courtesy and honesty. Told the employee. She told the manager andthe manager told her no food can be returned after a customer touches the food. I told the I would take them if it was nocharge. The manager had the audacity to tell the employee to throw them away while I was standing there. Four cheese sticks thatI was not trying to get for free. I was appalled as to what the manager said, especially while I was standing there, people aregoing hungry, food prices are sky high and she ditched four cheese sticks. This is the reason for my comment. Her actions wereinexcusable. I was a manager for years and I would have told a customer to keep them because we can not take food back after itleaves the counter. Four cheese sticks, cheese sticks are the reason for this comment and the manager's actions are whatinspired me to give this review. Never will I go here again to spend money. I would not want my cash, that I have in my walletand I touched because to hand them because I would be afraid that they could/would not take/accept the cash and throw that away.There is nothing to discuss. My comment is pretty well much self explanatory. The manager instructed one of her employees tothrow away four cheese sticks because: 1) I had touched the box because I returned them as I did not order them. I ordered afive piece jalapenos. 2) I to the girl I would keep them if there was no charge. 3) The manager told her employee to throw themaway anyhow. 4) I was honest. 5) So I assume that manager would never take cash to pay for an order because I touched the cashwhile handing the cash to her. 6) She might throw the cash away also.
