Ordered the 20 pc fingers and they charged 27.99 total was 29.99 this is almost 7 dollars higher than the Zaxbys on my side of... town. got home and noticed mot of the prices at this location was 4-10 higher than other Zaxbys , is this within Franchise rulesfor the price points . Read more

The only reason I am giving 2 starts is for the nice gentlemen, Carter. I appreciate his hospitality. Went through Drive-thru... at approx 4pm today (9/15/22)and order two Zx snacks. The experience was an average Zaxby?s experience until, I realized myranch wasn?t in the bag. Sat at the window, waved down the staff and seriously 2 people, the drive through cashier lady and aHispanic guy looked at me and kept walking. I saw the guy laughing but, don?t know if it was towards me. I had to come aroundthe drive through line again to be acknowledged. First visit to this location. Quite a few items on the menu had a 'farewell' sticker, so I'm assuming they're discontinuing... those items. The drive thru line moved relatively quickly. The employee at the window was polite. 2 start review because I gotthe Zalad home and realized it wasn't the freshest. Some of the lettuce and tomatoes were past their time. Don?t bother ordering because they are gonna give you what they want you to have. Ordered a black and blue salad?got a weird... house salad with no cheese. I asked them to remake it because there was originally like 2 pieces of lettuce in the bowl with afew cubes of chicken. I was on the phone while my husband made the order and didn?t realize he ordered a blue salad as well.Again, incorrect. No dressing, for either salad. My son got a kids meal with no Zax sauce and no cookie. I talked to themanager ?Steven? who seemed nice enough but after driving 20 mins back to my house I wasn?t going to go back. I'm really digging the new Signature Chicken sandwich. The chicken itself is really good and has a really nice crunch. I could... have used a little extra sauce on mine, but it was still good.
