I came through the drive thru today (11/7/22 2:30pm) and ordered 3 nibblers, no Zax sauce, add a side ranch. Now usually when I... order this, they give me a side of ranch and that?s cool. I?m Happy with that. But TODAY!!!! They put the ranch on the nibblers.Let me tell you!!!! It was banging. The parking lot is terrible at lunch time. The customer service was decent but they did not give me a spoon to eat my Coleslaw... and had it in the container with the food instead of its own small container so the juices got all over my food before Ireturned to class to eat my lunch. The person at the window was clearly not checking the bags and merely shoved it out thewindow to get me out of the line bc they were so busy. Very disappointed! Read more

This was my 1st visit to this location. I rarely eat Zaxbys but occasionally I want the tenders so I stopped in for lunch. Feel... like they rushed to prepare my order therefore it wasn't very tasty. My tenders were kinda rubbery tasting and my fries weren'thot so tasted soggy/wet. I don't think I'll ever return. Customer service was poor and food wasn't fresh nor tasty. Literallythrowed it away. Have visited this location 10+ times. Pros: Food served fresh. Convenient location and nice staff. Cons: inconsistent. Often... forgetting or messing up orders and they often give small portions compared to other Zaxby?s. Will continue to use forconvenience only but, would like to see improvement here. Read more

Have eaten here past 2 years. This morning I ordered thru Doordash for the 1st time and before 11 am. I got served chicken from... the night before! Paid an extra $3.00 to get a sweet tea, and got unsweet instead, which to anyone in the south unsweet tea isdeath in a cup. Then had to spend 3 hours on the phone w.doordash to get a refund. I don't know what happened at this location,but never have I bit into chicken so gross, so old, and so dried out before in my life, much less from Zaxbys. Read more
