I recently placed an order online for delivery from this location. Their app showed the food was delivered. It was not. I called... the number of the driver provided in the Wingstop app and received no answer. I called the store. I explained this to agentleman nicely and calmly. He told me I needed to call DoorDash or Uber Eats. I explained to him I didn?t order through themand asked who can resolve the matter. He hung up in my face. I called back. He answered said I hung up on him. He proceeds totell me that he can?t help me. He doesn?t have time because he has 6-7 customers and proceeds to tell me I need to call UberEats of DoorDash. I asked him if he had a contact number for them. He continues to become irate and tells me he doesn?t have anumber for them. I ended the call with no food and over $40 spent. Read more
After hearing much fanfare about the new chicken sandwich, I ordered three and they all were horrible! This was my secret time... in two years visiting this location and it has gone from bad to worse. Also, the manger need to be instructed to wash his handsafter handling raw chicken. By far the worst wing-stop I?ve ever been to. The wings didn?t even taste like how they were suppose to, lacked so much flavor.... It seemed like the sauce was watered down and the customer service was horrible. I could tell they were short staffed. Themanager came in from taking out the trash and started taking my order. They don?t answer the phone, you can call 100 times, no one will answer. Food is NEVER ready on time, the fries be cold, limp... and obviously old and not fresh, the customer service is complete trash, bottom of the barrel. They are Horrible here, the general manager try?s but they really suck. Please believe the reviews being the fact I once... Frequent there so often?it?s truly a headache! DO NOT PATRONIZE.
