My family goes here all the time but this location continues to go downhill. The past few times we?ve gone we?ve said we?ll... never be back but this time, we?re done. I?m hoping management sees this because so many other families are feeling thesame. The high-school aged kids who work there are clearly miserable. Not a smile, not a ?hello? when you walk in the door. Theysaunter around slowly like they have all the time in the world and there?s no line. It takes 20 minutes for a family of 4 to get4 meals even when there?s no one in there. They scrape the last bits of nasty looking food out of the bins and it doesn?t evertaste fresh like it used to. The actual service was great! Very attentive BUT staffing is short handed so we had to wait for a while and for some reason when... it was my time to pay they got confused on who?s order was what. Honest mistake but I?m sure if they had more staff it would beeven better service.
