Don?t come here late. Just pulled through the drive thru & the workers were extremely rude. He told me to ?just hurry up & pull... around? As I sat at the window for 10-15 minutes waiting on nuggets, I heard the three guys laughing, mocking the customers,calling them b*tches & every other curse word in the book. One of them said ?do you want the mf nuggets or not? over theheadset. Needless to say, I will not be back. Don?t come here late, wouldn?t recommend it. Read more

A conveniently located Wendy's is hampered by consistently long lines. I pass this Wendy's at least 6-8 a week and typically... avoid it due to the lines, but decided to give it a try. Unsurprisingly, the line was long, but more frustratingly... it wasvery slow. At least the food was warm and good. Read more

I don't often answer surveys or leave reviews for fast-food places, but I felt compelled after the food and service we received... this weekend. This was one of the best fast-food experiences I've had in a very long time, and not to mention the competition,but we eat a fair amount of chicken sandwiches, if that tells you anything. However, we hadn't eaten Wendy's in a while so wedecided to stop. We are so glad we did. The food was fresh and hot. The fries were steaming thanks to a fresh drop by the veryattentive staff. And honestly we remarked in the car that the hamburgers we ordered were the freshest and best we've had from aWendy's. The burgers and fries were really that good. The manager, Rodney, was great and took care of us with an engagingpersonal manner, and then he went about his business of wiping down everything in sight. Tonight me and my family stopped at this location. After waiting 30 minutes in a line of three cars which included myself, we... get to the pay window, I pay for our food, I received no receipt, and then after pulling away I realized we were missing one ofour meals. The line at the drive through had already grown to 8 cars. The doors were locked so I walked to the pay windowwhere I informed them I was missing a meal from my order. It was at this time that a displeased and apparently disgruntledemployee disrespectfully addressed me in a very unprofessional manner. I walked away as he berated me and I returned to my carto check for the receipt. Afternoon realizing I did not have my receipt I returned to one of the doors where the samedisgruntled employee brought me my food. I requested I be provided my receipt and his displeasure was clearly visible by hisresponse and it was a different employee who returned to the door with my receipt. The employee who actually brought me thereceipt was very polite. Working directly with the public is not something everyone is made for. Any employee (s) who treatspeople in the manner in which I was treated puts a business?s success at risk. Read more

This is the worst Wendy?s on the planet. Great building, newly designed staffed with the worst crew hired by anyone ever. Sat in... the drive through at the order sign for 5 minutes and the first thing I heard was, ?you can come inside? What?!?? I?m in thedrive through for a reason. Manger with the tear drop on his eye refuse to take our order at the window at waiting at the call box for 10 minutes with no... one Acknowledging we were there. It was only 3 cars at the drive through and no one inside and he said they short staffed andrefuse to take our order so we left. Poor service someone needs to do something about this manger. Wish I could have wrote a better review, but this Wendy?s location is just HORRIBLE!! It?s called fast food for a reason,... however the wait times here are extremely long, food handle was not properly followed, beware health inspection is low and STAFFhere has a BAD ATTITUDE! This Wendy?s has a sign ?guaranteed hot fries!!!!? The fries were room temperature. Then they forgot my pecans for my salad.... What?s worst is they gave me less than half of a salad! I attached a picture. It really looked like someone else could have atefrom it. Then the lady with red hair at the window rolled her eyes at me when I brought it back for a refund and asked for thefood back like I really wanted it! But the manager didn?t ask for it back. I heard her say to him that she would?ve got foodback. It irritated me that she immediately was more concerned about me getting free food then my wasted time and their badservice.
