My Allstar was made how I asked in a timely manner. I asked for weight on my bacon to be crispy all around, which it was not... burnt but brown all around. I was served Everything as asked at once, waffle came a couple minutes later and Waffle came outperfectly Golden. My server Maggie was great an checked on me routinely. At first I did wait a couple minutes before sheapproached me but once she checked in with me she provided everything I asked. She provided great customer service. Two ThumbsUp ;) Read more
The Server was Awesome and very attentive with her service. She made sure she was accurate with refilling my coffee and my... order. The care she took in my order will allow me to return here before any others in the area. I had went to the newest one inMableton on Veteran's Memorial Hwy before you enter Atlanta...OMG The worst Customer Experience after calling for 15minutes...coming out of Atl they did not pick up the phone and when I arrived they said the Grill was down and they were nottaking any more orders. There were 3 Employees behind the counter and the server said she did not have to answer the phone whenthere is only one Server...But 3 Employees and just Ugly in how they handle me. A cozy little Waffle House ducked off in the corner you would pass it if you wasn't paying attention driving. Very clean and... customer-friendly, immediately upon being seated my order was taken and my food came out and no less than 15 minutes hot andfresh.
