Good food! Great atmosphere! But this is a very loud place. It wouldn't be so bad, but I could barely hear the person across... from me. I do recommend the food though. Just next time, I will take mine to go. Read more
This location is convenient; several times, I have taken family and friends out to eat here. The service can be slow at times... because they are understaffed (as most restaurants are). This evening, however, was a horrible experience for me and my family.The alcohol menus do not disclose the prices of their drinks (and neither do their waitstaff). I ordered a medium sizemargarita. I have ordered drinks there before, including a medium size margarita. Nothing new there. However, when our checkcame, I was charged $19 for a "medium/jumbo" margarita. I was expecting a $13 charge since, this time, I did order a sugar-freemargarita, which I would consider a specialty margarita. I was shocked and when I (respectfully) asked the waitress about thecharge, she said that I should have asked about the price and that isn't her job to let people know how much a medium margaritacosts. She was very unkind and rude. Also, I disagree with her when the margarita is the second smallest size available and itis $19. I spoke to the manager and he parroted what the waitress had told me. He did not care at all that I was confused aboutthe price; he did affirm that they do NOT use top-shelf tequila so I left still feeling very unhappy about the price. I have hadplenty of margaritas in my lifetime, including the specialty, very high-end, fishbowl-sized ones (thanks, Texas), and I havenever paid that much for an alright-quality, medium margarita. Stopped in after a Braves baseball game. The restaurant was very busy. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. Our waitress... was disappointing. It took a while for her to come get our order, she never brought our appetizer, never refilled my drink andit took forever for her to bring our check. I would try to get her attention, but she would never come to our table. She wouldgo to the tables on both sides of us. Giving the benefit of the doubt, it may have been along day as we were there about anhour before closing. We would definitely go back if we are in the area and hopefully she will have a better day or we getanother waitress. The food and drinks are worth it! Read more
