They literally trying to take someone out with all the butter they put on this burger. It was so much I had to scoop some off... and the young girl at the cash register act like she couldn't hand the order to the customer. If you don't want to reach andreceive the cash/card then maybe working at drive-thru isn't for you. Have a good day and y'all stay blessed! Read more

It's been a couple of years since I last came to a steak n shake due to a multiple bad experiences with another location that... has since shut down (thank goodness). Came here to eat with some friends. Food taste wise. it taste pretty good and about what Iremembered from back in the day. Order was pretty quick. Food menu wise. it has been cut back, and made more simplified. Goneare some of the more speciality burgers I've enjoyed in the past, and even with the milkshake options have been narrowed down. Iwasn't a fan of the milkshake i did receive. Service wise, we have now lost the dine in experience as was nice back in the day.It makes this place just more boring, and just the feeling of a fast food joint, which makes it loose some of it's luster fromthe past. Gone is the interaction with people, and now just a screen to order and wait for your number to be called. Theemployee that did call our number was kind. I unfortunately forgot to get her name to give her proper credit. Overall, the foodwas fine, but the experience is no longer there. My friends, and I will not be dining out to Steak 'n Shakes anymore due toloosing that people experience. Read more

These employees go above and beyond for service. The best Steak ?n Shake in the country. They are so friendly, fast, and food is... great. I heard the cheese dispenser was broken for a month but they still manually poured the cheese sauce for me. They alldeserve a raise and upmost respect. Read more

Steak and Shake is nothing like it used to be. This is my first time going in probably a couple of years. It is a mere strip... down version of what it has always been. The restaurant was clean, but extremely bare. The food was adequately good. There wasnot a single waiter or waitress, just about four people in the kitchen. There is no cashier everything is done kiosk. Both ofthe ordering and payment. No table service whatsoever. It was unquestionably and extremely blah experience. I don't see myselfgoing back. The customer service was very rude and unprofessional. I pulled in at 11:30 and an employee pulled the cones out right infront... of me. I told him that I have to get a meal for my son who is getting off work soon. This jargon speaking employee (caucasianwith shoulder length hair, smoking a cigarette) told me to "go to McDonald's then" rudely. I never do reviews or get angry atservice workers, but this man has me furious. I will not be coming to this location ever again. The employee said much moreintolerance jargon, but that one statement is what really got me upset. People have no consideration for others . Stake andShake should update their hours online if they are stopping orders before the closing set time of 12AM. From the previousreviews I see that unprofessionalism is a thing here. I will be the "Karen" and report this franchise to the corporate servicedepartment. Read more

The drive thru employee was rude never spoke one word to me. My onion rings were supposed to be large but it was half empty... would've asked for more but was trying to get to the Cobb Energy centre for an event. Read more

Never going back. I?ve never met a manager with such a foul mouth screaming at the other employees. Ordered 2 burgers, 1 fries... and milkshake through the speaker then at the drive thru window, asked to order 1 burger and 1 fries. Was told yes and pricewent up. Gave my card and then shortly after, white female manager starts screaming ? we don?t do orders at the window? alongwith other things so I could hear. Food comes out and it?s 2 burgers, 1 fries and milkshake.. I told the cashier we?re missingthe 1 burger and 1 fries and they kept insisting that was all. I repeated my order and they said I needed to pay another 2.11and handed me fries. Obviously still missing the burger, I asked for a receipt and they kept screaming it was everything. Shealso said ?they?re complaining about an up charge as if they don?t have money?. We ended up just driving away because it wasn?tworth it and think she just didn?t want to make it because we ordered at the window. Clearly, they knew we ordered anotherburger and fries at the window because she gripes about it but refused to give it to us. Very disappointed with the service andextremely unprofessional manager, she honestly needs to be retrained with some manners. The burger we ended up getting wasn?tsuppose to have onions either and it did. Been going 2x / week and ever since the past couple visits that lady is alwaysscreaming and the food quality went down and our orders are always wrong. Just don?t waste your time coming anymore. Poor customer service. After entering the store to pick up an order. I was waiting on anyone to acknowledge I was there after... about 5 minutes. A heavy set white lady says to me so you just going to stand there and not say nothing. I'm pretty sure it'sher job to be aware of customers entering the store and greeting them. Read more
