Normally 5 stars. I usually go here before work early mornings. Today I brought my 4 rescues to get a pup cup before the vet.... When I asked the lady she looked like she thought it was for me, then told me they are out of whipped cream. I do not bring mydogs to the drive through. Thor, my biggest is insane and has jumped into another car on the highway because they had CHICKEN.What do you think he?s gonna do when at the drive through at Starbucks?!? He?s bigger than my whole body and despite multipletimes taking him to amazing trainers and trying myself he doesn?t like rules. So here?s Thor, Zeus, moo, and the squeak. So sadover no pup cups all because someone at Starbucks saw my fur covered self and didn?t believe me. Always the perfect macchiato... I forgot the Barista's name, but nice guy and the drink was so enjoyable... not too sweet, just... right... and Ms. THERESA is the sweetest she acknowledged my service in military and I wish her nieces and nephews who recentlyjoined many blessings Read more
Just had the sweetest employees. Had a young girl take my order, she apologized it took a moment to find an item cause it was... her first day but she was doing great! Very sweet customer service 100%. And then had a very delightful young man at the windowhandle my transaction. I also had no idea this Starbucks was tucked away right here by my work! A pretty typical Starbucks. We visited on a Thursday morning for a coffee and quick breakfast. The baristas were friendly and... the dining area was clean. Our orders were ready in an acceptable amount of time and the drinks/food were good quality. My onlyrecommendation would maybe be to add more comfortable seating options. Read more
It?s not cool to make fun of a paying customer?s order, especially when the customer is sitting right there watching you.... Especially when you?ve got a line wrapped around the building. You need to be focused on getting the line down, instead oflaughing at someone with your coworkers, simply because they asked for 2 extra pumps in their drink. My drink was also wrong ontop of that. No point in doing a mobile order if it?s going to take forever and you?re still going to get the order wrong. Read more

Ultra Chill Spot! I love how they have the to go section set up, it?s decked out with straws, sweeteners and other condiments to... ensure a smooth in and out experience. This location just remodeled and it looks so spiffy!!! The outside is modern and sleekwith a patio that is pretty open so you feel comfortable actually getting some work done outside on a laptop. Can?t get my dayright without seeing this staffs amazing attitude and customer service! Read more
