I pick up a pizza about once a week at this location. Always great! T is such a pleasure to work with!
Definitely hit or miss. In other words the pizza makers are inconsistent. I like extra cheese and sometimes there is not enough... cheese to cover the pizza which is frustrating. I always order pickup so I cannot, say how well they do delivery. Read more
Let me start by stating that my actual rating is -1 STAR. I gave up on Papa Johns, but came back because I am a Shaq fan. I was... quickly reminded of why I left Papa John's. I tried Papa John just as the other and received a bad experience each time. PapaJohns needs more than Shaq to bring it back to life. It needs to close down Spring Rd, or get rid of the very rude staff (I amnot going to name workers on this blog, but you know who you are). Constantly delivering the wrong items, and cold pizza. Theydeliver your pizza 30 minutes after you receive an alert that it's on it way. BTW they use Door dash to deliver your pizza. Theyclaimed that they delivered my pizza which I never received and when I called the restaurant to advised that I hadn't receivedmy delivery (which they delivered using door Dash), the female on the phone became offended and start speaking to me in acondescending tone. Take my advise if your reading this. Stay away. I am going back to Bella's Pizza where I receive courteous,and dependable service from employees that knows customer service. Read more
I'm so sick of ordering papa John's and it being undercooked . This has to be the 5 or 6th time in a row where I couldn't even... eat the pizza . Our work crew didn't appreciate the 5 undercooked pizzas we just received. As of today I am no longer a papaJohn's costumer never again in my life will I order papa John's. Thanks for nothing keep rushing out undercooked pizzas to savetime to put more pizzas in the oven so you can rip more people off saving yourself time like yall have been doing for the lastyear or so . I don?t write reviews but this needs to be said. We have been patrons of this Papa John?s for over a year and we frequent it... often. I don?t know if it?s a change of management, loss of staff, or any other reason but our past 2 recent experiences havebeen the worst I?ve ever encountered. We order our pizza via the Papa John?s app, prepay, and just wait until the app tells usour pizza is ready. We arrive when the app tell us our pizza is ready. The staff informs us that they haven?t started it andit?ll be another 45 minutes to a hour. We were very frustrated with this and had them cancel our order and left. We thought thiswas a one time fluke. We went today and we did the same thing, ordered on their app and showed up when our pizza said it wasready. We arrived and they tell us it will be out shortly. 15-20 minutes pass and we ask for an update on our pizza. They saidit would be out shortly. I asked about how long it would be because our pizza said it was ready 20 minutes ago. The frontemployee completely ignored my question and went on to attend to another customer. I stood at the front waiting to ask againbecause I was ignored and the employee walked away. Later I notice the employee looking at the names on the pizza. Keep in mind,he knew my name for the order. Another 30 minutes go by and my fiancé asks for an update on our pizza. They went to look at thepizzas that were sitting on the rack for a long time and sure enough, our pizza was on there from when I saw the employeelooking a long time ago. When we took our pizza home, it was hard and barely warm. Terrible experience. We will definitely begoing to another Pap John?s that is a little further away rather than this one. Read more
Absolutely terrible. If you like cold or burnt pizza (burnt see photo) , as I received from the two times I have ordered from... here then by all means, order. Otherwise I would suggest anything you decide to make yourself or literally ANY frozen pizza youcan get at Publix/Kroger Read more
I called the number to this store and the call center sent my order to another Papa Johns and I never received my Pizza. When I... called to check on my order they were closed and I didn't get to eat dinner because I was at work. Management should set up allcalls to go directly to the store to avoid red tape and confusion. Papa Johns needs to set up a way for customers to confirmreceive of order and provide instant feedback.
