Just wanted the Halloween Pails ( willing to pay for all meals to come along). Pulled up to window, not busy, and asked if she... knew which ones they had. She seemed to not understand, yet imply that they had them all. I got excited and ordered 6 happymeals in hopes for 3 witches, 3 pumpkins as I already got the ghosts the other day. I tried to get affirmation before completingorder and she said "You will see at window" and gave me my total. At the 1st window to pay before I gave my card I said I don'tthink she understood my whole order and I want specific pails. He showed me the witch (which made me excited), no pumpkin andghosts. So I asked if I could just change my order to 3 happy meals with all witches simple right? No another young girl withlong twists and glasses walked back and said "NO, we can't give them out until the ghosts are gone." I canceled my entire orderand drove off, that is ridiculous. ?Worst Ever? I ordered 2 meals through Doordash from here and was extremely disappointed, My fries were like chips, way... overcooked, I have chips at home if I wanted that, everything was cold not even lukewarm and it came very quickly because it?slike 4 minutes away soo food should?ve been at least still warm, it?s fast food soo warming in the microwave is a big no no.This location needs to do better with their service and take pride in what they are sending out because it really looks bad andlooking at the reviews now ( I should?ve checked 1st) it happens all the time? I got the food in timely order but the drinks came out late. Then when I got the caramel frappes they were the wrong size. I... literally ordered 1 medium frappe and 2 large frappes and instead I got 1 small frappe and 2 medium frappes. I told one of theworkers that I orders 1 medium frappe and 2 large one but they gave us 1 small one and 2 mediums ones and I?m not lying thatthey said that they were the same size that we orders that those were 1 medium and 2 large. It?s really annoying to see 6-8 employees playing around in the dining area (which is closed to the public) while the drive thru... lines are bleeding into the street. There isn?t a lot open on a Sunday evening and with the amount of people that seem to be?working? it doesn?t make sense to be waiting in line for 30-45 minutes. I understand that these are tough times but keepemployees out of view of the customers when it?s this busy! Read more
Again I did not get hot fresh food. Even though I asked nicely at the drive through if they would please prepare my order fresh.... I did not mind waiting. I was asked to pull up to the waiting area. I truly thought I was going to get fresh hot food. Well... Idid not! The Double Cheese burger was cold. The cheese on the sandwich was not melted. I just don't like meat patties that hasbeen precooked and stored. The fries were 50% hot with the rest warm. I'm frustrated not being able to get fresh food. I was a bit early for the Braves lot to open, so I stopped by to get dinner before heading back to Truist. Conveniently located... across Cumberland Parkway and a straight shot return to the Battery. Food service was super fast. They handled multiple drivethrough lanes with ease. Read more
I just think $7.00 should buy more. I read some of the reviews? Being open late is not an excuse to serve poor food. I would... rather a restaurant operate when they can serve decent food. We pay the same price when the food is right and when it is poorlyserved. If you are going to serve poor food, you need to do so at a discounted price. Read more
