Went early at 10:35am and the door was locked. Two cars were in the lot but no one was visible at the counter. An employee... showed up and had to leave because the doors were locked. We must do better. On-line and on the door said they open at 10:30am.Will not return to this location. Read more
I really like this Kfc. I've been there twice and on both occasions ordered the chicken sandwich. It's really good. Also keep in... mind to save your receipt if you like chicken sandwiches they give one for free for your survey Good or bad. Enjoy! Read more

I would rate this less than 1 star if possible, but my experience at KFC with the staff on August 18th at approximately 9:50PM... was an UTTER travesty. After giving me the incorrect order, the manager then proceeded to give me a refund with a terribleattitude and demanded the food back, even though CDC laws forbid such a thing. I ordered online and came here to pick it up. 1. They do not offer drive-in pick-up or curbside pick-up. You need to go inside... to pick up your order. 2. The website says that the order is ready at 2:15 pm. I arrive there 2:25 pm, and they startedpreparing the orders after I came in. I got my order around 2:35 ~ 2:40 pm. Only 2-3 cars are in line so I guess they are notvery busy at that time. 3. I ordered 8 chicken tenders, 8 fried chicken, 3 sides, 1 coke, and 4 biscuits. They missed 8 chickentenders, which are on the main menu. You better check all the orders before leaving. 4. I think their new zipper-like drinkpack is not a good idea. It does not fit the car cupholder. There is a lid but it does not work well even tightly closed. Whenyou drive, you need to hold it with one hand all the time. If you are not, it will spill all over your car. 5. Please pack itinto two packages if it is a large order. Please do not squeeze it into just one and never fill it to the top. Since they didthat, It was spilled over in my car even when I turned left very carefully and almost half of the chicken is not edible now. This was my first visit to this location. Just happened to be Wednesday - 3 piece, two sides, biscuit, and drink for $6.99. Went... around 145p. No line in the drive thru. Quick in and out. Most likely visiting again for the Wednesday special. Update: I wentback two weeks later around the same time and ordered the same special. This time chicken was a bit dry. Potatoes were lumpy.Unfortunately, they were out of tea, so I ordered punch but tasted like it had no sugar. I'm not sure if it was the chicken orthe potatoes, but after eating something, I had a soapy aftertaste. Read more
So first of all I have to say I love KFC. I have never had any problem with my orders. I eat from KFC once a week. But my last 3... visits had been so bad. First visit, they were short on staff and I don't have a problem with that I understand if the foodtakes a bit long. The problem was that I received one of drinks half empty. I believe they didn't refill it after the foam wentdown. Second visit, the chicken was soggy. It was not fried enough so when I got home I couldnt eat it because it was so gross.I don't even know how in the world the employees didn't see how bad the chicken was. Third and last time, the chicken was worstthan the second time. Not all the way cooked. So yeah I don't think I will be eating KFC for now. And one more thing we alwayshave to go back to get ketchup because they don't even put a pack of ketchup with the combos. Read more
