I would give zero stars if I could. Waited an hour and twenty minutes for two smoothies and an oatmeal bowl, and never got it.... We left because it seems like they prioritize Uber eats orders ahead of walk ins and there was no end in sight. Staff was unableto tell me when my order might be ready. To be fair, the staff was clearly overwhelmed so I don?t blame the people working, theyneeded more help and a better prioritization system. I will absolutely never go back here. Read more

The best Acai bowl to be found anywhere. Why the 2 rating? If you are dining in, they seem to fill all orders for take out... before you. Consistently misses order notes when ordering by Uber eats. The receipt stapled to the bag is correct, but the items ordered or... still incorrect or missing. Vegetarian so I ordered the chicken pesto wrap without the chicken (which is an option for removalon Uber eats). The wrap was full of chicken and had to be thrown away. On today I gave them another try- I ordered themeditarían humus and a Greek salad, paying extra to add avocado. When the order arrived, the $14 hummus wasn?t included in thebag and the $16 salad was included but the avocado I paid $2.50 for not. Someone is not paying attention to the details neededto provided great customer service. I called the driver who confirmed only one box was included in the bag at pick up. Tried tocall the location to share this experience, but no one answers the phone. Good luck folks! We pay too much ti get less thangreat customer service or at least the things we ordered. 1st time going and was impressed. The restaurant is very clean. There is a simplistic and clean aesthetic. I got a smoothie, the... grounded, and it was good. The flavor was nice. There are no size options and it tasted a little watery, but not bad. Theservice was good. A little slow, but nothing to complain or get ill over. I would return again. Read more

Im a very easy going person and I don?t usually write negative reviews but I have to say this experience yesterday. had the kale... salad and my friend ordered the hummus. Both really tasteless and my order was just a bit of chopped up kale with some stuff anda few shredded bits of carrots on top. Def not worth the price. I went back to ask for some more dressing on my salad and thegirl said if I wanted more dressing I had to buy some, they would not add dressing to my salad even though we were eating rightthere, it?s not as if I asked her to pour some for me in a container. On the prowl for something aside from my typical Arden?s Garden breakfast and I decided to finally try Kale Me Crazy. I?ve been... seeing it for months now but saw no need to switch up my routine?. Well I?ve been cheating myself! I ordered online via the appsimply because it seemed pretty easy. The order: Deluxe Açaí Bowl and I added peanut butter. It came w/ Bananas, granola,chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, sliced almonds, blueberries, & raw honey. It sounds overly sweet but it was just right. Iprobably would?ve preferred a little more granola but it?s only because I like my crunch ratio high lol. The portion size wasplentiful. I?ve been playing myself by not entering Kale Me Crazy?s doors before now. Soo yeah?call me crazy but when you knowbetter you do better!! Kale yes! I had the poke bowl but had the rice replaced with kale... because carbs. Customer service was decent. Cashier was... helpful. Place was clean. Food was served quickly. There is no children's menu, but my 4-year-old had the pear apple saladand ate it all up! I'm surprised there were so many negative reviews.
