Went during lunch hour and it was just hectic. Asked for unwhich 3 times with my order and still received white bread. Then took... me 5 minutes after hunking horn and knocking on window for lady to release I was still sitting there. My second attempt at ordering food from this location. My first they had their doors locked and with a sign that said due to... staffing shortages you have to use the drive thru, which was congested due to a car show across the street and their licationbeing next to a gas station. Now my second attempt I tried delivery through their app. Got a call after I submitted a $50 orderwhere I was informed that they have no drivers. I'm not sure what the issue is at this location, but if you have zero driversyou should absolutely not be accepting any delivery orders. Do not come to this location. ?Due to staff shortages? restaurant had only one person, in the whole restaurant, so drive-thru... only. I paid for an online order to be delivered and received a call about staffing issues, I agreed to pick up my order. Notonly was I not allowed inside, since doors were locked with a sign stating ?drive-thru only? but had to wait an additional 30min + my drive to the location for my online order since the line was long. Restaurant still kept my delivery fee and tip forservices I did not receive. I am usually patient but I will no longer support this location again. I had a horrible experience. Read more
Had a craving for an Italian sandwich; the inside was closed so I hit the drive through (only person there) and was just waiting... for a while before someone answered, then he told me that the meat slicer broke so he doesn?t have any Italian. I go here to get my son and I a sandwich when I pick him up from school quite often and everytime there is either a clean drive... thru (no one in line ) or myself and one vehicle in front of me . everytime I approach the mic im always on hold for a long timethen when I take my order they either mess up my order by putting condiments on it that I said I didn't want or get the orderright and still make you wait all day while I only want 1 or 2 sandwiches . while they talking and playing the whole time in thekitchen .I can only give 2 stars because the two gentlemen I seen in the store at the drive thru today 7/8/22 at around about7pm-8pm were nice and helped with my apple pay . but yall need to stop putting folks on hold and having them in the drive thruextra long when its only 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru and 4 or 5 of yall in there WITH NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE STORE . and Ishould have my drink while waiting on you all day .Thank you btw I dont recommend the chicken wrap either , and they had noturkey at all . like how is that possible at a sandwich shop . get it together. Decent service. Food was average. Neither good nor bad. I've had better. Price point for value, on par. Would I return... again.... prob not. I prefer the taste from a different shop, but that's just me. Read more
Walked in & ordered 2 sandwiches. Everyone was smiling and friendly. Employees were polite and professional. It was nice going... into a business and interacting with employees that didn?t act like I was inconveniencing them, actually seemed to not mind thefact that they were at work, and overall just pleasant. Staff were wearing ear buds taking personal calls. Cashier was very impersonal, rushed the order, and didn?t listen to the... customer. This location?s management and staff are in need of some serious re-training. They all could care less about beingthere. Of course made it home and they made the wrong sandwich.
