horrible horrible horrible service. never returning to this location. i had a total of three orders, after giving my first order... to the cashier he walked away for two minutes and returned and tried to give me a total, i told him i was not done, gave him thesecond order, he gave me the total not asking if that was all, i said i have more , he stated ?well how many orders do you have?i said i have three & he rolled his eyes. i didn?t say anything because i honestly just wanted my food to leave . once i got myfood they messed the order up so they had to remake 1 of 3 sandwiches. the employees don?t wear hair nets, there is a younggentleman behind the counter with really curly hair that hangs in his face and i?ve worked in food service and that is notsanitary. awful staff, awful location. so disappointing and disgusting because firehouse is my favorite restaurant but neveragain Read more
Very overpriced and subs are about half the size they used to be. Got a large sub this afternoon was $14. It was smaller than a... typical firehouse medium sub. Very little meat. Ended up throwing the last half away cause the meat tasted off aswell. Terriblewon?t be back. Read more
My order is always correct, they are very quick and super friendly. I?ve never seen this place messy either.

Unprofessional and rude to patrons when you ask questions. Tried to call in an order and the ?mgr? was extremely rude. We asked... for the name of the mgr and was told we don?t have to give you that information. We asked bc the person who was picking up theorder is disabled and we just wanted to know so he could ask when he got there for help when carrying out the order to his car. Not only were we told no but when he got there the same person was rude and wouldn?t even help him to the car as he is missingone leg and has to use crutches . The ?mgr? could barely be understood on the phone as they mumble and won?t speak clearly andwas unhelpful. On a previous encounter w the same person we were promised a credit from the general mgr Joe. When we asked forthe credit we were told no such credit existed and we still had to pay for our meals.
