I went to this location today because I saw that there were advertising a free donut for Veteran's Day. As someone who served in... the military, it is a nice thing for stores to offer discounts and free food on Veteran's day. I appreciate what they do. Thestore has a sign next to their drive thru that offers a free donut. So I pulled up to the drive thru, asked about the freedonut, and then went to the window. The man who gave me the donut at the window had a nasty attitude. It seemed like he was nothappy to give me the donut and thought I should pay it. He proceeds to slam my bag on the counter in a disrespectful manner. Idid not appreciate that and I do not know what his problem was. I never did anything and was polite the whole time. If this ishow this store treats customers especially Veterans who served and are currently serving, then I will not be back. Terribleservice and terrible attitude. This store needs to re-evaluate who they hire as employees and the people there need to learnsome customer service skills. I will be going to Starbucks from now on. Read more

They had a great selection of donuts even at 8:30pm. We needed them for a school event the next day and went to a previous... Dunkin' donuts that had very little. We were happy with what we found and the staff was very friendly. Read more
First time here. The coffee and food was actually good. But that staff is very HOOD. They will cuss each other out in front of... customers and care absolutely nothing about it. It was hard for me to make my order how loud the staff was. Even when I sat downto eat, they were continuously still loud, cussing, and arguing about money and tips. My friend who is a pastor met with methere and I was so embarrassed because he had to hear all of this. Yeaaahhhhh?. Definitely won?t be visiting this locationagain. Read more
I will never go back to this location or ever go back to any period,iam disappointed and definitely grossed out,ordered a... sourdough sandwich and found hairball,I think it was intentional,how can you not see that,luckily I didn't eat it or choke onit,will upload a picture... very unfortunate because I was a loyal customer. The customer "service" is terrible. Im waiting almost 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, only to find out its been sitting in... a bag to the side of the counter. No announcement or call out or anything. The workers in the back are very rude. The cashierwas very nice. I won't be going back to this one. Read more
