Terrible customer service. Literally called and was hung up on repeatedly or placed on hold for a long time then hung up. Pizza... finally delivered after sitting out for almost 30 minutes then it was heavily undercooked. Like cheese not done, sauce justslippery and bread doughy AF! I have to fight for my life to get anyone back on the phone then the manager, Tanisha orsomething, was very rude and offered little to no help. I asked if i just came to the store could she refund the delivery chargeand she acted like I asked for the crabby patty secret sauce. In much dismay, she said that was impossible. Then i asked if icould just get a full refund and by some miracle her training allowed for that. This place is trash and the franchise ownersneed to retrain the personnel. ASAP Read more
This location can't keep up with the growth of the community. Its because its poorly managed. Ordered pizza delivery on a... weekday and took 50min. When i called and asked the manager to honor the delivery policy instead of taking accountability he hadexcuses in why it was late. In reality as the customer that's not my issue. So in his failure, immaturity, and frustration notbeing able to run his location he hung up in my face on the phone. This used to be a great location but needs new management especially with the new level of growth in the area. He can't handle a money store, needs to go to a slower location and let amore experienced manager and person of intelligence and professionalism to run it. Also called the national hotline. Slimy salad, pasta with no veggies...just pasta, white sauce with a couple pieces of spinach and tomatoes. Asked for Blue cheese... dressing and I got ranch.Tried to leave no stars but had to leave one to leave a review. Friendly people but the most awfulfood. We will not go back when in town. Read more
Took out orders here multiple times. Pizza tastes amazing. Never had issues with delaying order. Staff is instrumental. Nice... ambience. Like the spacious parking spots before the store. There is no fighting for room between car to car. All in all, go toplace for quick pizza. Read more
2 for 2 times I?ve ordered Buffalo chicken pizza from this store specifically and it arrived WITHOUT the Buffalo sauce. Make it... make sense. Otherwise the drivers are always on point, really nice and pizza gets here pretty quick. Would leave 0 if possible. Got directed to a call center, which should have been a red flag given its a pizza joint, and then... was charged for our food but it never showed up. Tried to call the same number back to ask what happened/ for a refund and wejust listened to ads for 30 minutes because no one answered. If the business is closed or low on staff, its fine, we can goelsewhere, but the call center was bizarre and they did take our money. Read more
If you love fresh and hot food along with great customer service then don?t come here. Told them my food was not satisfying and... appealing and they didn?t even want to resolve the issue. I had to talk to so many people to ask them to resolve the issue. Theydidn?t want to remake the Pizzas and they didn?t want to give a refund. I had to make them give me something for myconcerns. The food was cold and the appearance of the pizza was not appealing enough to eat. It looked rushed and not made withcare. The manager Jeff was rude and unprofessional, the woman manager as well was extremely rude and sent unrealistic threats.They were the worst of the worst and horrible representations of the company. I?ll never return to any dominos. They were thelowest of the low when it comes to customer service and resolving customer concerns. They were negative and lack accountabilityalong with empathy for customer concerns and the situation at hand. They lacked integrity and respect for the company andcustomers. They refused to listen to my concerns continuously interrupted me on the phone and in the store. The manager/ storeowner was uncooperative and attempted to call the police and have me banned for a complaint. They also informed me that thecustomer is not right and that is the thing of the past, it?s 2021 no one goes by that said Jeff the manager. I plan to takethis situation to the Highest of the high since the manager told me this is a franchise location and they can do whatever theywant. I believe the other manager name who thought she was going to whoop me was Taylor but not sure never got her name. Order didn?t get delivered for over two hours. I tried calling for over an hour to cancel and no one would answer the phone. I... called the National office and they told me they couldn?t cancel the order I had to speak with the store and transferred me tothe same number that no one will answer. Terrible service. Read more
