This place was crazy busy at least 25 people in line in front of my daughter and. However we were served with great customer... service and very friendly folks, and it was done in under 10 minutes. I will be back to this location as well as recommendingothers to go here as well you won't regret it unless you just normally find a reason to complain we had a great experience. Went here cause we were in the area. Too slow and inconsistent. Ordered a shake that was made too thick and a sundae with barely... any whipped cream. I looked at another guest's sundae and it had a mountain of whipped cream, made by the other girl. Twoemployees out of uniform and looked like they didn't even want to work there. This was the best Ice Cream I have had it was the Birthday cake for my sons 17th birthday.
I went here yesterday with my boyfriend and we waited in the hot heat for 25 minutes. Once we got to the front of the line, miss... girl said she ran out of the Oreo Blast. I let my spouse go ahead and order while I looked for a different option. I happen tolook at the customer at the second window who had an Oreo blast in her hand. Immediately upset, I went to that window and askedthe other miss if she could make me an Oreo blast since her coworker ?ran out?. She was nice and said yes. After waiting in thisridiculous line and having ?ran out? of a blast was my last straw for this establishment. I like to give people the benefit ofthe doubt?maybe the first girl didn?t know how to make a blast, regardless both coworkers should be on the same page OR theyshould have some sort of sign on their window. Ridiculous. I gave the girl who made my blast an extra $10 tip for being on topof it. Nonetheless, I will not be coming back here. Jeni?s ice cream will be the spot from here on out. Honestly I?m not even mad. I went there at 10:45 pm on a Sunday and the old man working there told me they were closed. I told... him it said online that they were open until 11 pm and he happily pointed at their hours sign to which I told him to look at itcause it proves I was right.
