Done with ABC, at least this location. Small bug was in my salad. Before that, it was consistently stale bread and hair in food.
Service is always an issue here. I attribute it to staffing shortage because I see people from the kitchen delivering meals to... tables. Don't go early or there may not be coffee yet or anyone at the register. I feel for these people because clearly theyneed more help in the mornings. Read more

I?ve eaten here for years and often have ordered oldie pick up (usually by phone). I placed my order online and ordered 3 bread... bowls with soups. The bread bowls would normally be pretty toasted when I?ve ordered them to be able to put the soup in, howeverthis time it looks like it?s older bread from the previous day and soft. Like it was put into the microwave to make it warm butsoft. I ended up just cutting it up instead. Didn?t taste bad just not what it was before. Read more

I'm so frustrated & disappointed, I don't even know where to start. ABC has always had incredible food in my own opinion - I... would end up there at least once a week. The Baja Chicken Enchilada Soup was was sealed it for me - I have not shut up aboutthis soup, LOL! Unfortunately I became Disabled after a TBI & was forced to stop working, & since there isn't an ABC within anhour of my home, I sadly get very few opportunities to enjoy it anymore. Except today. I had been browsing the menu & noticedthey stilled offered my treasured soup, so I marked its designated day on my calendar, arranged & paid for an Uber (since I'm tounable to drive) to the nearest location to me - 45 minutes away - and even CALLED the restaurant to double check at 10am, allsgood ???? Except when I get there, pay for my oder, and then have the man tell me they didn't take it out that day, they took 2chicken chili's instead, and to pick another or get a refund. I started to protest, reminding him of my DOUBLE checking bywebsite AND call to the restaurant, and he says that he's the one who usually answers the phone and he didn't recall speaking tome. I had the call pulled up on my phone so I'm not sure what was being insinuated. But I got to spend $40 today ondisappointment. It'll be a very long time before I allow myself to hope to try some nostalgia again, because this experiencewill ALWAYS Unfortunately be at the forefront of my mind.
