Wait time was long, when I finally got to the window to pay i didn't get the right change back. Then my order wasn't right.... Plus, I asked for extra salt and ketchup but got none at all! Service is usually not like that but today everything went wrong. Read more
Horrible customer service. Poor food. The young guy working the front would add one thing to our bag then walk away. We had to... ask someone else to help get our order for us. Took almost 20 minutes for a happy meal and three regular meals. Read more

Why even ask if you aren't going to put them in the bag? Why sellFROZEN anything when "ITS DOWN AT THE MOMENT" EVERY SINGE EFFIN MOMENT? AND FOR GODS SAKE, PUT PEOPLE WITH HALF A BRAIN ANDSTELLER COMMUNICATION SKILLS WORKING THE DRIVE THRU AND REGISTERS. They ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS leave items off of your orders. I check my bag and it's always missing stuff. Then when I ask for it,... they act like I asked for their first born. This is a small town with only a couple of fast food places and no real grocerystore. I guess I should be grateful to have what we have. Read more
