Food was great, service was great but they had a very pregnant woman working all by herself. She was fantastic! She made 14 subs... in a row while we were there and every customer was just as surprised as we were to find out she was the only worker. Read more

I use to enjoy going to this subway. But recently had the worst experience with both management and owner. Had to complain... several times about stale bread. And the last time my wife was called a liar to her face. And matter was it resolved. The ownertook the side of management and refused to satisfy us the customer. Just because we had the same issue several times. I hopedthe owner could resolve the matter but was a waste of time. There are other places worth the short drive into Wooster that treatcustomers better. Read more
