Slow qnd comfortable. Food was great, seasoned and flavored well. Aroma bistro nachos starter, blackened Tilapia and braised... short ribs and we shared a desert. $75 so price was spot on. Read more

We have eaten at Aroma Bistro so many times they know us when we walk in the door. This is the first time we went for brunch and... I had the short rib hash. I've never been disappointed eating here. Right on the way the way to Smithville , just east of the highway very easy to find , maybe 20 minutes north of downtown Kansas... City Missouri with plenty of free parking. I had no trouble finding a place to park right by the door even though they were verycrowded. We were also seated right away must have been the last open table as the joint was jumping. I enjoyed a burger while myguests had omelettes . The food was very tasty and served hot. Like most restaurants they seemed a little understaffed and theservice was a bit slow but it did not detract from the lively atmosphere and tasty food. Because of the packed house the noisewas loud and made it difficult to have much of a conversation. If you're looking for a quiet meal don't expect to find it here.I will definitely return to try their breakfast offerings. Thank you for a pleasant visit. Read more

The Aroma Nachos are superb, blending flavors of all sorts while piling high. TheLoaded Baked Potato will fill you up, leaving you ready to take a long nap back home. The assortment of peppers and onionsbrings out the flavor of the filet tips sprinkled all over the behemoth of a potato. The Chocolate Mousse Cake tastes delicious,however, it tends to be a bit dry for my liking. Savor the chocolate filling as it counteracts the spongelike drynessexcellently.
