Terrible customer service came here on a Saturday night around 9:00 pm it was dead but that wasn?t the issue. The issue was we... sat there for 15 mins and the two girls behind the bar were to busy talking to each other than to acknowledge my husband and Iwere there. They place wasn?t busy there were only two other girls there. Finally we gave up and left as we were leaving that?swhen they asked us if we wanted anything. This place is for a younger crowd, not grown and mature who want to chill. If you are in your early 20s you'll enjoy. $10 cover... charge for some reason Music was good but way too loud, you have to scream across the table and after some time you just give uptrying to talk. I have been coming to this hookah lounge for the past year and I always have a great time. Hookah drinks and food are always... great and if you have any problem with your order they are helpful with making it better. The customer service was weak and had to chase around staff to even pay the bill. It was hot as hell in there and super... expensive for nothing the hookahs and the drinks were weak.
