My wife and I decided to celebrate our birthdays with a special dinner at Osteria Umbra and we are glad we did. The restaurant... was spotless with warm and inviting decor. The staff was very well trained, friendly and made us feel welcome. The menu was veryinteresting and diverse. The bone in rib-eye and Chilean sea bass were both perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We tried thepasta special served table side in a Parmesan wheel which was fantastic. Even the side order of Brussels sprouts with guancialiwas amazing. Our only complaint was the hostess ignoring us when we arrived but was quickly rectified by chef Marco.
