The food and atmosphere were great, but I had to wake up the servers so that they could take my order
I would not go here ever again. When I go here I try to order food without cheese on it and they like to charge me for the... cheese even though I don't get it. I know it's a small thing but really I try to very calmly tell them please I just wantregular hamburgers and they still charge me for cheeseburgers. It's a very disappointing thing now I have to travel to anotherMcDonald's in Elwood that knows how to charge people the right amount of money for what they get. Mobile ordering is a hit or miss at times. I have an onion allergy and despite me requesting no onions/ putting the allergy... notice. They have ignored it through the mobile app but in store ordering is fine. Staff is friendly :) Read more

It?s McDonald?s. The food is fine and affordable; it?s just fast food. This location gets a 5 star review because of the staff!!... Came here at 9PM today, 10/16, and the people working were so nice and funny. Get them a raise!! This is an amazing McDonald's! The place is super clean, and beautiful! It has great service and pretty grounds. The place has... self service kiosks, and the staff assist you if you need help with the kiosks. The staff in general are very friendly, and thebuilding looks more like a house than a McDonald's.
