They didn't have me any napkins and it took a long time for a coffee and a tost
We always go there for ice-cream but the last couple of times I get there before 9 pm, the lights are still on and there's no... one to help you. Last night I went thru the drive thru at 8:36 pm and I'm waiting and waiting and waiting until I decide todrive up to the window and see 2 people cleaning up but not attending the drive thru. The store is run down on the inside. There is no spunk at all. The shelves are not stocked at all. You have one pound coffee... packages spaced out to look like cabanet its full but it's empty. The donut cabinet is never full no assortment. The staph isgreat and the drive thru is wonderful but if you looking for a place to get together with friends I would say look elsewhere. Ohand the bathrooms are not clean. The place is dirty and the blenders are in need to be fixed. The liquid flows out the bottom ofthe blender. Read more
The entire point of placing a mobile order is for it to be ready when you get there. Any other Dunkin I've gone to has the order... sitting at the counter so I'm in and out in thirty second. I started visiting this location a few weeks ago and grab breakfast roughly every other weekday. Roughly HALF of all the times I... go my order is incorrect. I dont open my bag until I get to work so I cant go back so I just throw it out and go to a nearbydeli. Im writing this review after having thrown out my breakfast today, the fourth time in 2 weeks. Each order is around $14dollars which has now added up to me wasting somewhere around $60 in messed up orders. My most recent order is #5655 thismorning around 7am. Read more

I went there today at 8:30, and as expected, there was a long line and long wait. I thought it was just because it was rush-time... as everyone was getting breakfast before work, but when I reached the menu to give the staff my order, I heard laughter for afew minutes before actually giving them my order. The person also didn?t give me the order amount and instead thought I was thenext person in line and asked for my order. I thought I had caught them when someone said the one funny thing that morning anddidn?t think anything of it, but when I reached the window, I saw the staff goofing around, chatting and playing (someone wasjumping around). The person helping me was recovering from hysterical laughter and wasn?t paying attention to me. They gave methe wrong drink size (thankfully, it was larger than what I ordered), and she told me at the window after I paid that theydidn?t have the donut flavor I wanted. She offered a different flavor, and I told her I wish I had known that before I paid andwhen I originally ordered. It took her a while to come back with the replacement donut. So, the whole reason why they wereholding up customers and making everyone late was because they weren?t paying attention, were goofing around and showed verylittle professionalism. Those young kids working there?s is very rude and careless this store manager need to check them out how you at work you bother... by customer orders I got that experience with the same skinny one 3 times not nice at all.
