The sandwich was good. I don't doubt the tastiness of the food here. What absorbed my attention was the customer service from... the staff. I was informed previously what to expect, but I like to review much more fairly. I was gravely disappointed. Ittook closer to an hour to make a club sandwich with only a guy getting drinks ahead. The cashier stated there is only two girlsworking, but orders after mine were continuously being prepared first. Finally when the front was cleared, my sandwich wasprepared. I don't buy the excuses that were given to me. It saddens me deeply to see what took place within my own eyesregardless if it happened to me or someone else. I wish the best for the owner, because I know how difficult it could be tosucceed and maybe someday I will return to a different experience. Very disappointing! Read more
2:15 Sunday afternoon and Smithfield Ice Cream was the only place open to get a sandwich and beverage. My wife and I each had a... sandwich. Tuna salad for me and chicken salad for her. We both enjoyed our sandwiches and because they were very well packed, weeach brought a half sandwich home for later. The customers ranged age, based upon my observations, from 3 yrs old to mid-80's,a married couple who were glad to be there. Beyond the age differences, the other customers were of mixed ethnicities andgenders. The atmosphere was very welcoming. They have outdoor seating, which had around 20 people and a few dogs when we werethere. A beautiful 70'ish afternoon. Absolutely wonderful! Enjoy! David P. Read more

Very friendly staff and a great choice of deli sandwiches and (surprise) ice cream. Big tip - know what you want before you go... in or be prepared to take your time making your mind up which flavours go best together. Generous portions (to UK eyes). Enjoy. Read more

Went in with the family and had a good 'ol time! Kids got ice cream and a PB &J kids meal, mama got a shake. I got the full... steak, cheese and mushroom sub. Everything was great, staff were nice. All the partons were nice and enjoying theSaturday. Another perk is its connected to one of the info centers so just through a couple of doors you have some nice, cleanrestrooms for the kids.
