Servers ignored us. They were too busy on ?smoke breaks?.

I had a tribble experience tonight (Sep 1) with my food which was rib. It was such a low quality meat and the way it was... prepared it was so tasteless, that I would not have rib ( my favourite dish ) for months until this bad taste is gone from mymouth. Stopped twice for breakfast. Service is slow but they look understaffed, as is most of Smithers restaurants and shops. Last... (final) visit, table of 4 and we all ordered the same thing. My order was half the size of everyone else's. Not coming back. Read more

Franchise pub located in hotel. High prices for food offered, and quality was not great. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Food (fish and chips meal) was very good. Staff were friendly but we had to ask for a lot of things, may have been new.
