The food was okay; it's definitely way overpriced though. The worst part was probably the fact that the waitress checked on us... every 30 seconds to 3 minutes. We clearly stated that we were fine and didn't need anything over and over and over. I completelyunderstand wanting to be on top of everything and not miss a customers need for something but this was overkill. Coming backquite literally 30 seconds after checking on us to check on us again and again and again...it made the entire tableuncomfortable all throughout our whole birthday dinner. $171 for 5 people. I went to my car, cried, and my husband drove ushome. I wish we had gone somewhere else. Girl, if you're reading this...chill out on checking the table. 3-4x is plenty. Wonderful salad bar, beautiful restaurant with view of the ocean
I wanted a great steak meal with my husband after attending an event at smith river. I had stayed at this hotel once but had... not eaten dinner there. I decided to go all out for a beautiful meal which is why we chose the casino restaurant. We orderedthe two most expensive and what I thought best cuts of meat which were the ribeye and the New York. My New York was inedible.Over half of that was gristle. Only about a third of the entire steak was consumable the rest was in pieces on my plate becauseof the gristle. The waiter was embarrassed. The chef should?ve been embarrassed to have picked out such horrible cuts of meat.These two steaks were the most expensive thing on the menu and we?re in edible. Go for a burger or go for a pizza but do notwaste your money on anything expensive like a steak because you?ll just be doing that wasting your money. The way I see it Iwasted $50 on a baked potato and a salad since I couldn?t eat anything else. I had added shrimp to my steak order so I was ableto eat those four shrimp together with the salad and the baked potato. I did take the gristle home for my dog so it wasn?t acomplete waste. Read more

I have eaten here several times. I've not had a bad meal yet; until today. Three of us place our orders, all of us are eating... our eggs the same way. Food comes out, two of the three meals look great. Waitress comes by and asks how things are, Iexplain to Christine that my eggs are not correct. She looked at our plates and said, "are your sure"?. She then proceededto laugh, I ended the conversation. If you eat here, ask for a different waitress. Christine does not have the customerservice skills. 1 star simply because of Christine's attitude. Super Great Food, The Old Elk was even more amazing. But, we were super spoiled. They have amazing live entertainment and the... views are breathtaking. The menu is now about half and The old buffets were great before Covid. I miss Amazing People, almost amyth but real, Mary O from Bingo is GREATLY MISSED extremely... By Me.
