Got our food delivered....once we finally got it an hour or so later we were missing multiple items. Delivery service said to... call Wingstop. The store would not answer the phone. Won't order here again. Very surprising they are still in business withthis type of service. Read more
Ordered from this location 3 times in one month and all orders were wrong. Last incident on 10/28 I repeatedly called for over... an hour just to be placed on hold. Drove 30 minutes for them to correct wrong order just to be given an attitude by the manageron duty, Dion, who then refused to give his name. The associate on duty, Alvin, stepped in to get the orders correct while themanager continued to argue with customers. I?m not sure who is responsible for promoting at this location but I can assure you,the wrong associate was promoted to management. Read more
Ordered garlic parmesan wings, no parmesan on the wings. Ordered voodoo and regular fries, got 2 regular fries. Called nobody... picked up for 25 minutes, I finally hung up. Not going back. Don't bother here. Read more
I ordered 44 boneless wings and fries. I had 3 different flavored wings. When I received my order my buffalo wings were in... separate containers and mixed with the fries. They should?ve placed all the wings in one container and fries in another (commonsense) unless I ordered it as separate combos. One of my orders of buffalo wings didn?t have and sauce on them and neither didmy garlic parmesan. The flavor was HORRIBLE! Read more
Took 45 minutes to get my order and then after an hour I still never had my fries. Then watched an employee load ice into the... drink machine and use her hands to funnel it all and and proceed to lose half of it on the ground in the process and then itwasn?t cleaned up. Read more
WoW..Disgraceful to even call them wings. Where do I even start...first customer service ???? Was acceptable... we spend our... money there and you can't deliver the one and only job you're open for. Chicken was basically petrified. Rocks wrapped inleather. I returned the wings minus the 1 tried out of a 15 piece.. and respectfully asked for my money back and was informedthat I will not be getting a refund, but instead be given 15 more pieces of this ratchet chicken. So basically you just robbedme and told me to go choke on chicken. You won't be in business long with these issues, not in this town. Over over friedchicken is not a good look and refusing a refund to a customer that clearly got baited and switched isn't either... ???? SAD???? ONE JOB ???? I recommend going to Walmart and for $10 get a bag of Tyson Anytizzers wings. You'll save $10 and have somepretty decent wings.. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Ordered the 15 wings - Meal for 2. It was supposed to come with 2 ranches and we ordered an extra ranch. Sat down to eat and and... there was no ranch in the bag at all. So not only did we not get the extra ranch we paid for but they didn't give us the 2ranches it was supposed to come with. Ranch is the best part... :( Read more
