I worked there and it was very difficult in the beginning but they have the best people there. Especially Melissa, she goes... above and beyond to take care of her employees and maintaining the restaurant. She is hands on and is understanding aboutemployees personal needs. Read more
The food and service was great! But the sanitary standard was low. Open packets of food in the fridge, and one of the line cooks... did not have gloves while cooking. Neither of them had hair nets the entire time. I love waffle house! But it was a littleunsettling to see that. Read more
Great customer service. We got our food really fast and of course it was delicious and prepared just the way we ordered it. The... restrooms were clean the restaurant was clean. It was easy to find a parking spot. I do love to eat at waffle House no matterwhere we are not sure what it is about waffle House but no matter where you go everybody always seems to be cheerful and politeand of course the food is always delicious and the waffles are to die for.
