Went to try something new after seeing a FB post with $2 jerk chicken egg rolls that were allegedly great. If this place was in... Chicago they'd burn it down.....embarrassing! WAY OVER PRICED, terrible food. 1. No napkins! 2. Plastic silverware 3. Wateryunsweetened "sweet tea" 4. Stale bread on Italian beef 5. Razor thin, DRY, tasteless beef 6. The pepper mix was good. 7. 2servings of gravy didn't even help the bread and i soaked it....still terrible. 8. Soggy stuck together fries. 9. $2.00 eggrolls were $4.00 10. Pizza....sad frozen dough, tasteless plain tomato sauce, tasteless pepperoni and very few, frozen sausagemystery chuncks...the cheese was ok but very thick. Pizza tasted like little Caesars or frozen brick oven from walmart....wouldcome in 3rd on that list. 11. Jerk chicken egg rolls advertised for $2 "all day everyday" were $4 and they were awful!!! GREASYas can be and the filling stated spoiled.....disgusting to say the least. 12. I had the Cajun Ditka Dog and it was delicious! The fries were fresh cut and the hot dog was all beef and flown in straight from... Chicago. The owner even took the time to come chat with me a little bit and I can tell this is someone who truly cares about hisproduct and the customers? opinion. We placed our order online...a pizza, two hot dogs, a reuben sandwich, a jerk chicken taco, and a jerk chicken egg roll. When I... arrived to get the food, the nervous and visibly shaken young girl informed me that they had no tacos and our order was notdone. So I offered to come back, as they needed more time. She said someone didn't show up for work. I told her it was OK. Icame back in 15 minutes, and she then tells me they have tacos but no eggroll. When we opened the pizza box, neither of us knewwhat we were looking at. And the "crust" was burned. The hot dogs were difficult to bite into. And very chewy. The frieswere limp and grease soaked. The sandwich was a trainwreck. The corn beef was fatty and so tough I couldn't chew it. Thisorder was $60. And I ended up having to make something else for us to eat. I will never make this mistake again. I think it'ssad that this place just opened, and this is the experience we had. I should have taken my son's advice and ordered Wendy's. Never again!!!! Amazing authentic Chicago pizza! We had both the thin crust as well as the deep dish and both were sooo good. Great, quality... ingredients really make the difference here!
