Online it says they are open on Sundays until 9pm. I placed a order online at 8:20pm that says will be ready for pick up at... 8:40pm. I arrive at 8:35pm and I walk in, the girl working is just standing at the register talking to the gas station employee.I walk up and state that I am here for a pick up order. She looks at me and says we close at 8pm. I tell her that I already paidonline and it says they are open until nine. She catches an attitude and states that is wrong. I ask her to go ahead and refundme my $20 then, she states she can't and that I must cancel online. I attempt to do that online and also call customer service,but when you call they say everything is done online. After finally finding a link to customer service for online orders, I havesent several emails asking for my refund since Sunday night and I have still heard nothing back. I have also attempted to callthe store to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. I will never bring them my business and I will continue to harassthem until they give me my money back. Sandwich was very bad. Ordered through app. They didn?t toast it. Meat was dry and tasteless. Everything was gross. Never buy... from this location again! Read more
Food was fresh and DELICIOUS! Staff/Servers were super kind and helpful and respectful. We took a little extra time ordering... because my husband has had two strokes, but he LOVES going to Subway to eat!! The ladies at this Subway were TERRIFIC! Patientand KIND!! Always liked sandwiches. Not totally clean. A couple of dirty tables, but just two people on staff. Did not hinder service. I... would go back again to see if store is totally clean. Did not go to the restroom, so I can't comment on the condition. But,initially, I can't find any reason not to eat here. Read more
Hate this place. Wrote a review on customer satisfaction they still didnt get back to me on it either. It stinks. Long story... short, that's the last time that I'll be there ever. Eat here if you wanna get sick. Sloppy employees. 1 employee served whilethe other was on her phone. The one serving took sooo long to serve us, the sandwiches got soggy. Read more
Great I tried the new sunflower crunch with turkey. I love the new bread
People were polite at first but very inpatient with customers. They looked pissed and very rude. Also, they asked the person... working at the gas station to put the bread from the fridge to the stove and he didn't use gloves.... It was so nasty to lookat. Will never go back here. The customer service was great. Becca was so nice and attentive, plus my kids talked her ears off and they loved her.
