I ordered a #2 with extra ketchup. That is a double Sonic Cheeseburger. I got a single patty burger with only a little... mayonnaise and lettuce. I called the store and all I got was that their voicemail is full. I called the corporate office andwas told that the store is going to review this and reach out to me. I suspect that I will never receive that call. The ladyfrom corporate was ok. I am officially done with Sonic. The fries and tots are always cold and hard/crunchy. I find out thatI am not the only person experiencing this. They have gone downhill over the past few years. It's sad to see that. My fries were hard and cold. They tasted stale. The chicken sandwhich that I ordered had a tiny, thin piece of chicken on it. ... On top of all that, the staff was moving very slow. It didn't seem like they cared very much. Read more
No answer at drive thru. Pulled into a stall. It was out of order. Ordered from another stall. My sundae was completely melted.... There was ice cream all over the outside of the cup for the blast. The sundae top came off and spilled in my cup holders andconsole. Threw it away. I guess this should be the expectation these days. I always tip, but you can?t pay people enough tocare! Read more
Unbelievably horrible! I know you can't expect much from a fast food place, but this Sonic is just bottom of the barrel. My... order took over 25 minutes...this is 2 meals, 1 burger, and 1 side at 8:15 pm with maybe a handful of cars present. I get it,people are short handed, but this was ridiculous. When delivered our order, the honey BBQ chicken was COLD. I let her know thechicken was cold. 10 minutes later, I got some hot chicken. When I arrived home, I received maybe 5 tiny pieces of chicken in myother meal. When I went to eat my burger, all I could taste was old grease, and the lettuce was brown!!! The entire order wasAWFUL and definitely not even edible. Just save your money and avoid this Sonic!!! You're better off eating Ramen with noseasoning. Read more

Went to order... they were out of onion rings, can't get a shake machine broken, got a large coke, they were out of lids! Of... course it spilled all over! Ordered 2 hot dogs, received 1. Cocky attitude to top it off! We will never go back to thislocation ever! Used to be good, not any more! Who ever is the manager is definitely NOT doing their job! Read more
