I hate to rate a place low, but I've always wanted to go to Red Robin to try one of their signature burgers. I was excited to... order the burger in the picture that looked like it had Mac sauce dripping off. I ordered it cooked medium. What I got was ahockey puck with what looked like a baby spoon of sauce only in the middle of the bun. I filled up on fries, and the waitresswas attentive. Drinks were refilled without asking. I think the problem is the kitchen staff. I'd rather eat McDonald's and notpay $92 for 4 people to be disappointed. Read more

I had the Whiskey River BBQ ?Gourmet Burger? & same as ALWAYS, it was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! Tried something new as well, the... ?Fried Pickle Nickels? & to be expected they were wonderful. Ordered a Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap via UberEATS. It was so messy with sauces dripping all over. Wrap barely had any... chicken. Mostly just shredded lettuce and sauce. Totally NOT worth it. Chick-fil-A chicken wrap is much better. Lesson learned! Read more

First time here. Menu options were great. There were several things I wanted to try. They had several different types of... French fries which was a cool thing. We were torn between garlic and zucchini fries. Ended up the garlic ones and they werereally good. I got the crispy chicken salad which was a very nice size and was delicious. My mom got a regular burger. We didhave a free dessert option so we got the mile high chocolate mud pie. It was definitely a conversation piece. You will want tosplit it with someone for sure!
