Unfortunately the Popeyes closest to me is poorly designed. The parking lot is too small and always full. The drive through line... winds around the store and blocks the parking lot too. The service is extremely slow. At least the chicken is good. And Rosco,the live rooster that decided to live in the parking lot, is entertaining. He even has 2 girl friend chickens now. If I could give a negative star I would! I ordered online to make the process quicker and sat in the line for 40 minutes in the... drive thru to pickup my order. The employees were all sitting around talking when we finally got to the window, no thank you,sorry for your wait, nothing. Our food was cold and terrible by the time we ate. We ordered 3 pc dark, two orders. Guess they felt we didn't need what we ordered & paid for. We got a 2 pc dark & a over grown... pc of white meat. The food doesn't taste the same like the recipe has been changed, which isn't good at all. Read more
If I could give them a zero I would. Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, got home with my order and it wasn?t even mine. Went... back to the store and had to wait almost as long for someone to /finally/ fix the order. This Popeyes used to be great. Now it?sterrible because I haven?t had a single order that had everything I ordered or was even remotely right in months. The managertonight ignored me twice when I said I had the same issue as someone else he was helping(drive thru wrong order) it wasn?t untilthe cashier was slammed with orders coming in that he finally came over and tried to give the bag of food I brought back tosomeone else that I got helped. I have never seen such terrible customer service before. I don?t know what happened at thislocation but I don?t recommend it at all. Read more
Ordered on the app. Went inside to get it at least 15 minutes later and they had not even started our order. I waited while... they filled order after order, just not mine. They ended up not giving us a side of red beans and rice and our sauces weremissing. I should have checked before I left to go home. The sweet tea definitely had something wrong with it. The app is usually the best place to get a good deal. However despite my best efforts And multiple attempts, The Apple would... not complete the transaction. Forcing me to order at the counter Costing more than the order would in the app. When I got homeI noticed the biscuits were not included in our order. The food was good so there's a plus side. Lawd, I don?t who grandma missed church to make that Mac and cheese but honey when I tell you. child they make me wanna go back... into the kitchen and check for the cook with diabetic elbow because I know my grandma somewhere in there telling them,"hurry upand get it out before it burn," while smacking them with a spoon. I went through the drive thru and it's small for my truck butthey were the friendliest so it made up for it. And that food was fresh and hot. This is best Popeyes location I have ever visited. Some of the young workers are idiots but Miss Sylvia & the more experienced... ladies such as Tia, Wanda & Lisa are absolutely 5 star amazing. They always get my order correct every time cause the young onesnever do.
