It's McDonald's so what can I say about the food? My kids like a happy meal now and then. Service was great.
Messed up the order. Burger patties raw and I wasn't the only customer with the same problem. No apology given and had the order... messed up again. I was floored! The evening crew needs training from the management down. Grill cook on the phone and touchingproduct. Just total disgust! Read more
If I could give zero stars! The lady has on a purple McDonald's shirt and a headset. I witnessed her use the bathroom and listen... to videos on her phone as I waited for the restroom. She walked out of the restroom and did not wash her hands. When I came backtk the lobby to sit down she was preparing sacks for drive thru. She was a tall African American with bright eyeshadow. Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. 2 dead roaches on the floor, flies everywhere, dead roach in drink machine's drain pan, mold... and water damage on ceiling tiles...just DISGUSTING. Had multiple hand sanitizer stations, but they were all empty. Soapdispenser in bathroom was also empty. Avoid this location at all costs! Read more
We had to wait for 8 minutes before anyone would take out order . 4 different employees looked right at us and ignored our... requests for service. The ladies bathroom is despicable nasty. Stopped on a long trip and while I'm the restroom I watched a staff member leave her stall after using the restroom. She then... passed the sink without washing her hands. Then went DIRECTLY to the KITCHEN !!!!!! Read more
Do NOt go to this McDonald's on Brown switch Rd. in Slidell, La. Very poor management, inept employees. Left fry machine beeping... 5 or more minutes past the timer and gave me dark brown, hard french fries! Also, did nott give me my coke with my meal. Waitedover 20 minutes for my order! Read more
