Ordered a cake. Huge cake, name smashed at the bottom of the cake on top the border. Asked why, response, "I don't know I... didn't make it." No apologies. It's not always about the mistake, the attitude is garbage. Catherine is NOT human friendly. Shecalls the manager, whom I spoke to. Always visit this location and get great service but this particular time the young girl had a really bad attitude. She was very... unpleasant and acted like she did not want to service me. I went about 30 minutes before closing which is well enough time tomake ice cream and get cookies. She tried to rush me through the entire time and gave me ice cream that was not what I wantedand simply said we are out. The cup was half full and no spoon. And had the Nerve to ask what was wrong.
