Disappointing experiance. First off...no cones. How does an ice cream parlor run out of cones? We wanted a nice treat, so we... decided to order our $4 scoops of ice cream anyway. Of the three flavors we tried, all three were completely bland. We even hada mini debate over which flavors we supposedly ordered. Even the mix-ins were underwhelming. Total lack of flavor. Wish we hadsaved our money and just gotten some Mcdonalds fudge sundays instead. We'd all had Cold Stone in the past and expected MarbleSlab to be the same, nope. Very poor customer service today 9/18/2021 at 7:38 pm my husband and I walked in to get a some ice cream. Upon walking in we... instantly noticed both employees look at each and mention how they have an 1hour 30 minutes left before getting off. The twoemployees were talking to a customer that so happened to be their friend. Instead of acknowledging us they continue to talkabout going out and riding with each other tonight. My husband and I felt like they did not want to serve us. As we stood therefor a few minutes listening to their conversation. we ultimately made the decision to leave. As we was walking to the door theyoung man said have a great night. This was the only thing that was said to us we was not greeted with ?hello, welcome or wewill be with you shortly?. My advice for this location is to not order based on the menu pictures. The coffee shake flavor was good but I was expecting the... drizzle that adds extra flavors to the shake. I asked the employee if the drink came with the drizzle after I saw it wasn'tthere and she stated, "sometimes". Sometimes you get the way it's advertised and sometimes you don't at this location. I took my kids there a few weeks ago very very friendly staff but they needed at least 1 or 2 more coworkers with them. Two... ladies running from ice cream counter to cookie counter & back. Ice cream was awesome as usual. Read more

My boyfriend and I visited the marble slab creamery over the weekend. They are similar to cold stone creamery but they allow you... to have as many add ins at no extra cost. That was definitely a perk. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't really mixthe add ins into your ice cream like cold stone does. And they're ice cream flavors aren't as strong either. But if you'relooking for something different and you're in the area, I do think they're worth trying out. Read more

Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else! My husband and I first visited this location after moving to LA at the end of last... year. It's brand new so it looks absolutely beautiful, and appeared to be very clean. Regrettably, each time our service by thestaff was less than enthusiastic. On (10/19/16) the young girl who served us appeared to be very frustrated and only gaveone-word answers in response to my attempt to have a friendly conversation with her. We were the only ones in the store so itwas especially confusing as to why she was being so rude when the selection process and payment only took about 5 minutes of hertime. We agreed not to return after such a bad experience, but against our better judgement decided to give them another chanceon (5/21/17). The employees weren't as rude this time and our order was correct, but when we got home we realized we had beencharged twice for two different amounts. The very next day I called and asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one onduty. I explained the situation and was told a manager would call me first thing in the morning. The next morning came andwent, so I called that afternoon and was told the person who took my message forgot to give it to the manager, and since themanager had left no one could help me until Friday morning (almost a week after our visit). After not hearing back, I calledAGAIN on Friday afternoon and the person who answered the phone said the manager was on her way out the door to go to her son'sgraduation. I said I understood she had somewhere important to be, but why didn't she call me first thing Friday morning knowingI had already been waiting to hear back from her for an extended period of time? The person I spoke with continued to say thatthey couldn't help me regardless because the two charges were not showing up on their end.
