Newly opened and not ready for business. 10 employees on the floor only two customers at table. Arrive to hear what I ordered is... out (brisket) why didn't you call ahead to inform me. Then I didn't receive my order for another 15 or longer minutes with asubstitution. Then expo never called out the order. They just had it under the register out of sight of mind. All the while mostthe crew was on cell phones on the end of the bar and the manager having personal conversations. Great first impressions beingmade. Read more
