I placed an online order with this place and they called when they informed me that they were out of the items that I ordered, I... simply asked if I could get a refund. It should not be a big deal right?!? Wrong! Even though I am totally entitled to arefund, it?s the next day and I still haven?t received my refund because they said a manager is not in to give them a code toprocess my refund. I think that is utterly ridiculous to inconvenience a customer like this. They have truly lost a regularcustomer. Read more
What the hell is this? $15 will get you a terrible bowl of ?chicken tortilla soup? without one piece of chicken, overcooked... ?beans? and they threw in tortilla strips last week or so from the looks of it. Rarely have seasonal flavors. Drive thru tends to be quicker than inside service. Grab and go case often space. Quality product!
